Jodi, I taped icicle lights to the wall (use clear tape and make sure the lights have white wire and not green). I laid a white blanket on the bed, had natural light coming through our window. I had a reflector on the other side of him, but didn't really need it. The aperture was at 1.8. I spread the ornaments around him and had him mom stand right above me as I shot the pictures :) Hope that answered your question. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
Oh! After taping the lights on the wall, I laid some on the bed in a bunch where the bed and the wall meet. If I find some time, I'll redo how I did everything and post pictures of that.
